Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with Marooms, at marooms.com. Marooms.com is owned by: Marooms Aps, (Øster Allé 16 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, phone: +45 26812787, CVR-nr. 38020013).
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on marooms.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
1.Submitting your order
Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order (including your total price inclusive of VAT and shipping charges) and make changes if needed. You are bound by your order from the moment you accept the online offer of Marooms and the conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled (once the order has been submitted and payment confirmed on the website). Please note that the order will not be valid if Marooms cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses that you provide. We also reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged over 18 years old or if you are a reseller.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Garments may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout. Please note that all prices and product information on marooms.com are subject to change. Further we serve the right to cancel a contract without any liability on our side if e.g. there was a clear error in the information on marooms.com.
The online store is available only to customers who have been issued a valid credit card by a card provider that is acceptable to Marooms. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The total order sum will be reserved on your payment card until we have shipped your order from our warehouse. Marooms cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Check you spam-filter if you haven’t received it after 30 min
- Changes in your order
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact Marooms Customer Service immediately at email@example.com or on +45 2681 2787
DELIVERY AND SHIPPPING
We dispatch all orders within 3 business days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer will be given the option and has a right to terminate the agreement, free of charge. Marooms will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination.
You can follow your order with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation, which you get by e-mail as soon as we dispatch your order.
Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days in Denmark and 5-7 days within the EU from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
Please write to us if shipping options are not offered for your country of residence (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Marooms is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Further Marooms is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Should there be delays with the carrier, Marooms cannot be held liable.
Delivery prices depend on the quantity and the destination of your purchase.
In Denmark we offer free shipping, if you shop for more than 400 DKK /54 EUR and you chose to collect your order at a GLS Package Shop. By default your order will be delivered to the closest GLS Package shop of your delivery address unless another GLS Package shop address has been notified in Order notes by you at Check out.
In other EU countries incl. Norway, UK, Switzerland, we offer free shipping if you shop for more than 1500 DKK/200EUR.
Marooms will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.

RIGHT OF RETURN
You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any Marooms labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or used (other than fitting purposes) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
A return should include a complete return note with an order reference number, information about the specific number of items, you wish to return, and your contact details. Kindly send the return note with these information per mail to firstname.lastname@example.org enclose a printed copy of the return note together with the returned items.
Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches Marooms and are confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
Please notice that we can exchange your items to other items if available in stock. This is a service provided once per order. You are still responsible for the return cost, but we will send your new item free of charge.

As a customer you have a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. Items that are damaged as a result of normal use and wear are not considered to be defective. You must notify us within a reasonable time after you have found the defect.
For defective items Marooms will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a defective item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you have a warranty claim, including order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim before returning the defective items.
CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT
For customers within the European Union, VAT (25%) is included in all prices. For customer outside the European Union (excluding Norway), VAT/sales tax is not included in the price. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
Trademark and Copyright
All product designs, product names and content included on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from Marooms ApS. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Denmark and any dispute related to this website, its services or these terms and conditions shall be settled by the courts of Denmark.
When you provide personal information to Maroon, we only use such information in order to provide our service to you.

The personal data we process is only such information, as provided by you. This include information on your name, address, other contact information, your e-mail address, and your order information.
We are using this information for the purposes of:

We will only transfer your information, if we need to in order to fulfill your order, e.g. to transportation companies, or if we are legally obligated to do so. Otherwise, we do not expect to transfer your personal information to any third parties.
Since we are processing your personal data, you have certain legal rights. You may make use of such legal rights by contacting us. Through the right of access, you can have information on which of your personal data we process, and other information relation to such processing. If your personal data, which we process, is incorrect, you can have such information corrected through the right of rectification. Through the right of erasure, in certain situations, you can have your personal data, which we process, deleted prior to us deleting such information ourselves. In certain situations, you also have a right of restriction of processing, upon which we may only store your personal data, and only process your personal data for very limited purposes. In certain situations, you also have a right of data portability, where you can have your personal data transferred in a structured, ordinary, machine readable format to either yourself or a third party.
Further, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for marketing purposes.
